How do I find parts that fit my vehicle?

You can find parts that fit your vehicle by using the online "add your vehicle" tool in our website header and entering your year, make, and model.

How do I change my selected vehicle to shop for a different one?

Of course. To find parts for another vehicle, just go back to the header at the top of the page and use the "Add Your Vehicle" selector again. All product listings will automatically update to fit the new model you choose.

What if I can't find my vehicle in your selector?

If your model isn't listed, it means we don't currently offer compatible accessories.

However, we are always expanding our support. Please click the "Don't see your vehicle?" button in the selector to submit a request. We regularly review this feedback to help prioritize which models we support next.

When can I expect my refund after returning the item to WOLBOX Gears?

Your refund is issued in two steps:

  1. Inspection (Our Part): As soon as your return is delivered to us, our team inspects the item. Once it's approved, we process your refund.
  2. Banking (Their Part): After we've done our part, it typically takes 1-10 business days for your bank to release the funds back into your account.

What could delay my refund?

The most common reason for a delay is when the item we receive doesn't match what was authorized for the return.
