WOLFBOX GEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Wolfbox Gear stands behind every off-road accessory and component we build. This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser to ensure peace of mind on every adventure.
We warrant that the products listed below will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified periods. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase. For full details on coverage and how to submit a claim, please refer to the terms and conditions below.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Wolfbox Gear or an authorized dealer in the United States. This warranty ends when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product (or the vehicle it is installed on) to another party. For complete details and exclusions, please refer to our full warranty policy.
5-Year Limited Warranty
Power Running Boards
WOLFBOX Gear warrants the main structure and step boards of its power running boards against manufacturing defects for five (5) years. Electronic components, including motors and wiring, are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty. Damage caused by off-road hazards, improper installation, or misuse is not covered.
3-Year Warranty
Truck Steps
We stand behind the toughness of our truck steps. This policy covers defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original purchase, provided the product is installed in accordance with the official instructions. It does not cover damage caused by off-road impacts, severe rock crawling, neglect, or improper maintenance.
5-Year Limited Warranty
Powered Retractable Bed Cover
WOLFBOX Gear warrants the main structure and cover panels of its retractable truck bed covers against manufacturing defects for five (5) years. Electrical components and the motor system are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover any damage, defects, or malfunctions resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance or lack of maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards.
5-Year Warranty
NomadRover Series LED Pod Lights
Built to light up the darkest trails, our NomadRover series is backed by a five (5) year warranty. This warranty covers water ingress, complete failure to illuminate, and excessive lumen depreciation (light decay exceeding 70% of original brightness). Normal cosmetic wear on the outer lens is not covered.
3-Year Warranty
Side Mirrors
Our wide-view side mirrors are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original purchase. This coverage applies to the hardware and components included in the original kit. Accidental glass shattering, collision damage, or trail impacts are not covered under this policy.
3-Year Warranty
Air Compressor
We guarantee our air compressors will perform when you need them most. The compressor unit is covered against manufacturing defects for three (3) years. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear on hoses and fittings, or damage resulting from exceeding the recommended duty cycle.

This is our direct promise to you. We stand behind the materials and workmanship of every piece of gear that bears the WOLFBOX name.
What This Warranty Covers
WOLFBOX Gear will cover any defects in the material or workmanship of your product, provided you are the original purchaser and can supply valid proof of purchase.
How to Make a Claim
To start a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following information:
- A valid order number from the WOLFBOX Gear official store or an authorized retailer.
- A sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the product description, its price, and the sales channel.
- Photos or a video clearly showing the alleged defect.
Warranty Exclusions (The Fine Print)
This warranty is built on fairness, but it cannot cover issues outside of our control. This warranty does not cover:
- Products that have been lost, stolen, or fully refunded.
- Damage, defects, or malfunctions caused by improper installation, modification, or any use outside of the product's intended purpose.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Damage from on-road or off-road hazards, such as rock impacts, submersion, or other environmental factors.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, fading of finishes over time).
- Any costs associated with product installation, removal, or re-installation (labor costs).
- Products purchased without valid proof of purchase or products where the warranty period has expired.
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty period for gift products is not covered. Warranty terms and durations may vary by country according to local laws and regulations.

This is our ultimate promise. We designed this plan to eliminate the single biggest fear of vehicle modification: voiding your factory warranty.
Modify With Absolute Confidence
Ever worried your dealership might deny a factory warranty claim because you installed aftermarket parts? We've got your back.
The WOLFBOX Rig Protection Plan is our supplemental warranty that protects your vehicle's factory warranty. If your dealership denies a repair on a factory part because a WOLFBOX Gear product caused the failure, we will pay for the repair (subject to the terms below).
This means you can install our running boards, bed covers, or lighting systems with the peace of mind that you are protected from all angles.
How the Rig Protection Plan Works

A factory part fails on your vehicle while it's still under the manufacturer's warranty.

The dealership denies the claim and provides a written statement that the WOLFBOX Gear product caused the failure.

You file a claim with us, providing the dealership's statement, your WOLFBOX proof of purchase, and repair quote.

We verify the claim. Upon approval, we will pay the dealership directly for the cost of the covered repair.
Coverage
Available on all qualifying WOLFBOX Gear products. Matches your factory warranty up to 5 years or 60,000 miles.
What's Covered
Covers the cost of parts and labor required to repair the failed factory component, up to specified limits.
What's Not Covered
Not a replacement for factory warranty. Does not cover the WOLFBOX product itself (see Part 1) or issues from improper installation.
