How much power can the SSB-8 handle?

The SSB-8 delivers a maximum peak load of 80A. It supports up to 1,200W total power at 12V DC, or up to 1,500W total power at 24V DC. Individual fused output channels range from 5A to 30A, allowing you to safely power high-draw equipment such as LED light bars, air compressors, and onboard refrigerators.

What are the 3 switch modes and how do they work?

You can assign one of three operational modes to each individual switch channel via the mobile app:

Toggle Mode: Press once for continuous power (ON), press again to turn OFF (ideal for light bars and pod lights).

Momentary Mode: Power stays ON only while pressing and holding the button (ideal for horns, air bags, or winches).

Pulsed Mode: Delivers a continuous strobe or flashing pattern (ideal for safety beacons or emergency lights).

Will the switch panel drain my vehicle's battery when parked?

No. The SSB-8 features integrated ACC signal detection. When properly wired to an ignition-switched source (ACC), the control box automatically cuts main power when your engine turns off.
